Each piece of natural jade is unique in its color, texture, translucency, pattern, and natural characteristics. We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, measurements, and detailed descriptions so that you can understand each piece as clearly as possible before purchasing.

Due to the unique and individual nature of natural jade and jade jewelry, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, including changes of mind, color preference, size selection, or differences in the appearance of natural jade under different lighting conditions.

Natural Characteristics of Jade
Natural jade may contain variations in color, texture, translucency, mineral patterns, water lines, inclusions, or other characteristics formed naturally within the stone. These features are part of the individuality of natural jade and are not necessarily considered defects.
Because lighting, photography, and different screens may affect how colors appear, slight differences between photographs and the appearance of the jade in person may occur.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Alterations & Repairs
Alterations, resizing, restringing, repairs, or other additional services may be available for certain pieces upon request. Additional service, material, and shipping charges may apply depending on the work required.
